1 І зробив мідяного же́ртівника, двадцять ліктів довжина́ йому і двадцять ліктів ширина́ йому, і десять ліктів височина́ йому.

2 І зробив він лите море, десять на міру ліктем від кра́ю його до краю його, навколо кругля́сте, і п'ять на міру ліктем височина́ йому. А шнур — тридцять на міру ліктем — ото́чував його навко́ло.

3 А під ним — постать волі́в, що зо всіх сторін ото́чують його, на десять ліктів на міру ліктем оточують море навко́ло; два ряди волів відлиті при відлива́нні його.

4 Воно стояло на дванадцятьо́х вола́х, — три обе́рнені на пі́вніч, і три обернені на за́хід, і три обернені на пі́вдень, і три обернені на схід. А море на них зве́рху, а всі зади їх — до нутра́.

5 А грубина́ його — долоня, а край його — як робота кра́ю ке́ліха, квітки ліле́ї. Містило воно три тисячі ба́тів.

6 І зробив десять умива́льниць, і поставив п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці, щоб мити в них, — пригото́влене на цілопа́лення поло́щуть у них, а море — для священиків, щоб митися в ньому.

7 І зробив десять золотих свічникі́в, як нале́жалося, і поставив їх у храмі п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці.

8 І зробив десять столів, і поставив у храмі, — п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці. І зробив сто золотих кропи́льниць.

9 І зробив священиче подві́р'я та подвір'я велике, і двері до подвір'я, і їхні двері покрив міддю.

10 А море поставив з правого боку на південний схід.

11 І поробив Хурам го́рнята, і лопа́тки, і кропильниці. І покінчи́в Хурам робити працю, яку зробив для царя Соломона в Божому домі:

12 два стовпи́, і ку́лі, і дві ма́ковиці на верху́ тих стовпі́в, і дві мере́жки на покриття́ оби́двох куль ма́ковиць, що на верха́х стовпів,

13 і чотири сотні грана́тових яблук для обох мере́жок, два ряди грана́тових яблук для однієї мережки, щоб покрити оби́дві кулі ма́ковиць, що на пе́реді тих стовпі́в.

14 І поробив підста́ви, і поробив умива́льниці на тих підста́вах,

15 одне море, і дванадцять волів під ним,

16 і горня́та, і лопа́тки, і виде́льця, і всі їхні речі поробив Хурам-Авів цареві Соломонові для Господнього дому з ви́поліруваної міді.

17 На Йорда́нській рівни́ні повідлива́в їх цар у гли́нистій землі між Суккотом та між Цередою.

18 І наробив Соломон усіх цих речей дуже багато, бо не дослі́джена була вага міді.

19 І поробив Соломон усі речі, що в Божому домі, та золотого же́ртівника й столи, а на них — хліб показни́й,

20 і свічники́, і їхні лямпа́дки, щоб запалювати їх за постановою перед девіром, — зо щирого золота.

21 А квітки́, і лямпа́дки, і щи́пчики — із золота, з доскона́лого золота.

22 А но́жиці, і кропильниці, і ло́жки, і кадильниці — зо щирого золота; а вхід до дому, його внутрішні двері до Святого Святих та двері дому до храму — із золота.

Chapter 4

1 MOREOVER he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits its length and twenty cubits its breadth and ten cubits its height.

2 land he made a molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in shape, and five cubits its height and thirty cubits its circumference.

3 And it stood upon twelve oxen, three facing north, three facing south, three facing west, and three facing east; and the sea was set above them, and their hinder parts were inward.

4 And the thickness of it was a handbreadth, and its brim was round like the brim of a cup, very beautiful.

5 And he made also ten poles, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, to carry with them the altar of burnt offering.

6 And he made ten lavers of brass, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, so that the priests might wash their hands and their feet in them.

7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their specifications, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.

8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side and five on the left. And he made a hundred basins of fine gold.

9 Furthermore he made a large court for the priests and for the Levites, and overlaid the doors and the bars with brass.

10 And he set the sea on the right side of the north end, over against the south.

11 And Hiram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. And Hiram finished the work that he was to make for King Solomon for the house of God;

12 To wit, the two pillars and the knobs and the capitals which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were on the top of the pillars;

13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were upon the pillars.

14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;

15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.

16 The pots also and the shovels and the fleshhooks and all their instruments did Hiram make for King Solomon, for the house of the LORD, of bright brass.

17 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredathah.

18 Thus Solomon made all these vessels in great abundance; for the weight of these vessels of brass that Solomon made could not be found out.

19 And Solomon made all the vessels that were for the house of God, the golden altar also, and the tables whereon the shewbread was set;

20 Moreover the candlesticks with their lamps, that they should burn after the manner before the oracle, of pure gold;

21 And the flowers and the lamps and the tongs made he of gold, and that perfect gold;

22 And the snuffers and the basins and the spoons and the censers, of pure gold; and the entry of the house, the inner doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.

4 Воно стояло на дванадцятьо́х вола́х, — три обе́рнені на пі́вніч, і три обернені на за́хід, і три обернені на пі́вдень, і три обернені на схід. А море на них зве́рху, а всі зади їх — до нутра́.

5 А грубина́ його — долоня, а край його — як робота кра́ю ке́ліха, квітки ліле́ї. Містило воно три тисячі ба́тів.

6 І зробив десять умива́льниць, і поставив п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці, щоб мити в них, — пригото́влене на цілопа́лення поло́щуть у них, а море — для священиків, щоб митися в ньому.

6 And he made ten lavers of brass, and put five on the right hand and five on the left, so that the priests might wash their hands and their feet in them.

7 І зробив десять золотих свічникі́в, як нале́жалося, і поставив їх у храмі п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці.

7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their specifications, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand and five on the left.

8 І зробив десять столів, і поставив у храмі, — п'ять з правиці, а п'ять з лівиці. І зробив сто золотих кропи́льниць.

8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side and five on the left. And he made a hundred basins of fine gold.

9 І зробив священиче подві́р'я та подвір'я велике, і двері до подвір'я, і їхні двері покрив міддю.

9 Furthermore he made a large court for the priests and for the Levites, and overlaid the doors and the bars with brass.

10 А море поставив з правого боку на південний схід.

10 And he set the sea on the right side of the north end, over against the south.

11 І поробив Хурам го́рнята, і лопа́тки, і кропильниці. І покінчи́в Хурам робити працю, яку зробив для царя Соломона в Божому домі:

11 And Hiram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basins. And Hiram finished the work that he was to make for King Solomon for the house of God;

12 два стовпи́, і ку́лі, і дві ма́ковиці на верху́ тих стовпі́в, і дві мере́жки на покриття́ оби́двох куль ма́ковиць, що на верха́х стовпів,

12 To wit, the two pillars and the knobs and the capitals which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were on the top of the pillars;

13 і чотири сотні грана́тових яблук для обох мере́жок, два ряди грана́тових яблук для однієї мережки, щоб покрити оби́дві кулі ма́ковиць, що на пе́реді тих стовпі́в.

13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two knobs of the capitals which were upon the pillars.

14 І поробив підста́ви, і поробив умива́льниці на тих підста́вах,

14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;

15 одне море, і дванадцять волів під ним,

15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.

16 і горня́та, і лопа́тки, і виде́льця, і всі їхні речі поробив Хурам-Авів цареві Соломонові для Господнього дому з ви́поліруваної міді.

16 The pots also and the shovels and the fleshhooks and all their instruments did Hiram make for King Solomon, for the house of the LORD, of bright brass.

17 На Йорда́нській рівни́ні повідлива́в їх цар у гли́нистій землі між Суккотом та між Цередою.

19 And Solomon made all the vessels that were for the house of God, the golden altar also, and the tables whereon the shewbread was set;

20 і свічники́, і їхні лямпа́дки, щоб запалювати їх за постановою перед девіром, — зо щирого золота.

20 Moreover the candlesticks with their lamps, that they should burn after the manner before the oracle, of pure gold;

21 А квітки́, і лямпа́дки, і щи́пчики — із золота, з доскона́лого золота.

21 And the flowers and the lamps and the tongs made he of gold, and that perfect gold;

22 А но́жиці, і кропильниці, і ло́жки, і кадильниці — зо щирого золота; а вхід до дому, його внутрішні двері до Святого Святих та двері дому до храму — із золота.

22 And the snuffers and the basins and the spoons and the censers, of pure gold; and the entry of the house, the inner doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.
